Services for EASA Compliance Monitoring

According to Regulation (EU) 139/2014 and the associated EASA Guideline AMC & GM to Part-ADR.OR/OPS, aerodrome operators are required to implement a process for monitoring compliance with the EU/EASA requirements ('compliance monitoring') as part of the management system. This is to ensure that all organizational and operational procedures and processes as well as the entire aerodrome infrastructure continuously complies with EASA requirements and thus always guarantees a sufficient level of flight operational safety.

GfL supports the compliance departments of airports with the following services:

  • Monitoring of requirements with regard to newly published Regulations, Amendments, Issues and Corrigendums
  • Implementation of new regulations in the Airport Compliance Monitors (ACM), if available at the airport
  • Realization of compliance studies
  • Preparation of annual audit plans
  • Support in the preparation, execution, and documentation of audits (using the ACM, if available) on-site or remote
  • Formulation of recommendations for identified deficits and, if necessary, creation of deviation procedures
  • Assisting in updating records, manuals, rulebooks, training standards, audit documents, etc.
