GfL finalises assessment on flight safety risk of low-compacted soil surrounding runways at Frankfurt Airport

GfL delivers the assessment on flight safety risk induced by low-compacted soil at runway-adjacent areas to Fraport AG. Based on EUROCONTROL’s Safety Assessment Methodology (SAM) the study aims for approval of non-compliant soil strength by determining the risk induced by the non-compliance and assessing the need for action.
